Senior IT Project Manager (Warsaw or remote)

The Future Mind team is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in Warsaw.

Future Mind was recently awarded a Mobile Trends Award for delivering the best mCommerce application in Poland. Our software engineers work on projects ranging from IoT experiments with large retail corporations to promising VR startups. Our tech stack includes mostly native mobile technologies, Python, Node.js, React and Angular.

The job is all about:

• taking responsibility for implementing the visions of our clients in line with UX standards and our technological capabilities, to meet their business goals,
• supervising the project valuation process, preparing scopes and timetables,
• organizing and supporting the team, coordinating product development, and reporting progress,
• testing the resulting solutions and recommending new ideas.

Here's what we're looking for:

• knowledge of the mobile and web software development process and technologies,
• ability to lead software development teams and effectively communicate with engineers,
• at least five years experience in the role of an IT Project Manager working in the software development industry,
• very good command of English in writing and in speaking,
• ability to solve problems accompanied by some healthy assertiveness and good negotiation skills,
• a high degree of responsibility and ability to work under the pressure of time. You can't be afraid of deadlines! :),
• consistency, determination, and accuracy,
• knowledge of IT project management standards (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, Jira).
