This job is all about:

• meeting with clients to identify, clarify and address their business requirements and developing concepts and strategies to help them achieve their goals,
• working on digital transformation projects including CX strategy, trend analysis, benchmarking, new product ideation and scoping, building innovation roadmaps,
  creating growth strategies, optimization of sales and marketing effectiveness, building loyalty programs, creating e-commerce strategies, IT vendor selection, etc.,
• participating in creating strategies for business and new product concepts,
• developing benchmarks, analytical reports, creating analyses,
• building stable, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.

Here's what we're looking for:

• candidates with at least 3 years of experience in business or technical field in strategy
  consulting or technology consulting,
• knowledge and passion for new technologies (we’re looking for a true digital native),
• the ability to think strategically and understand advanced business models,
• attention to detail, strong analytical & organizational skills,
• understanding of the importance of customer experience,
• ease of working with business, marketing and IT stakeholders,
• good command of written and spoken English, and Polish is a must.
