What You’ll Own

  • End-to-End Sales Leadership
    Lead full sales cycles across Poland and international markets (mid-market & enterprise), from first outreach through signed contract.
  • Strategic Growth Planning
    Co-create and execute our strategy, targeting retail, finance, e-commerce and beyond.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery and Executive teams to align priorities, shape offers and close strategic deals.
  • Market Representation
    Actively build Future Mind’s profile at industry events, webinars, conferences and in the media.
  • Revenue Maximization
    Drive high-value contracts that scale our business and deepen client partnerships.

What You Bring

  • Proven Track Record
    Preferably ≥ 8 years in B2B sales of technology services (software houses, big consultancies)—you’ve owned full cycles and consistently over-achieved targets. You understand the business we're in.
  • Enterprise-Grade Relationships
    Deep experience engaging enterprise clients and managing long-term partnerships.
  • International Savvy
    Fluency in English, comfort in navigating multicultural environments across different time zones.
  • Team Leadership
    You’ve built and mentored high-performing sales teams, instilling a “win together” mindset.
  • Service-Selling Expertise
    You know how to position custom development and team-extension models to solve real business challenges.
  • “Can-Do” Mindset
    You see opportunities where others see obstacles—and you thrive on making things happen.
