Future Mind, a part of the international Solita family, is looking for a Lead .NET Engineer to join our growing community of tech experts. As a Lead .NET Engineer, you will:

• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from architectural design and technical specification to implementation and deployment of complex backend systems.
• Lead the technical direction for .NET-based projects, making key architectural decisions and ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of our solutions.
• Develop high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using C# and the latest .NET frameworks.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with clients, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into powerful technical solutions.
• Champion best practices in software development, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and modern CI/CD principles.
• Design and implement solutions on cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure, leveraging services like Azure Functions, App Service, and Cosmos DB.

What we're looking for:

• Extensive professional experience in software development with a strong focus on the .NET ecosystem (including .NET 6/8+) and the C# language.
• Proven track record of designing and building scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Strong practical experience with at least one major cloud provider (Microsoft Azure is a strong plus, but AWS/GCP experience is also valued).
• Deep understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
• Solid experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or senior mentoring capacity. You enjoy helping your team grow.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1+) and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A true "consultant's mindset" – you are proactive, a natural problem-solver, and genuinely care about delivering value to the client.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Bicep.
• Familiarity with other backend technologies like Python or Node.js.
• Experience in the data engineering space.
