About the Role
As a Program Delivery Manager, you will lead complex technology programs for large enterprise clients — from initial scoping and solution design through to delivery and long-term relationship management. You'll be a trusted partner for both our clients and our internal teams, helping to navigate the organisational and technical complexity that comes with large-scale digital transformation.
This is a senior, client-facing role that combines strong delivery discipline with genuine technical credibility and business acumen. You will engage with stakeholders at the highest levels — from steering committees to C-suite conversations — lead critical decisions across budget, scope and risk, and play a key role in shaping how Future Mind delivers for its most strategic accounts.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivery Leadership
- Leading large, complex technology development programs (mobile / web / backend / data) from kick-off to deployment, with full accountability for the expected outcomes.
- Owning the budget, scope and timeline — making the right calls under pressure and keeping delivery on track.
- Spotting risks early and resolving them before they become issues.
- Maintaining high delivery standards while keeping teams focused and efficient.
Client Leadership
- Building and owning client relationships across all levels, including facilitation of day-to-day collaboration, steering committees and C-suite engagement.
- Managing expectations with an assertive, yet genuinely collaborative approach.
- Reading and navigating the political dynamics of large enterprise organizations.
- Turning delivery success into long-term trust and proactive business growth.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Orchestrating multi-vendor environments, working alongside major advisory firms and other enterprise partners as a peer or leader, not a passenger.
- Designing and running formal governance structures that actually work.
- Negotiating, mediating and resolving stakeholder conflicts with a clear understanding of what motivates each party involved on all sides.
Technical Authority
- Understanding of the complexity of extensive IT systems combined with the ability to design and articulate high-level system architectures with credibility, including frontends, backends, databases, third-party integrations etc.
- Understanding the full digital product development lifecycle and knowing where to push for rigor versus where pragmatism wins.
- Identifying quick wins, spotting architectural risks, and making sound technology trade-offs along with the ability to intuitively assess the implications of technological decisions.
- Collaborating effectively with architects and engineering leads as a genuinely informed partner.
Crisis Management
- Stabilizing projects which require taking over and regaining control.
- Resolving internal and external conflict, rebuilding trust where necessary.
- Maintaining authority and composure when the pressure is high.
What We're Looking For

- 10–15 years in IT.
- At least 3 years leading large enterprise programmes (budget > EUR 1M).
- Additional advantages include a background in major consulting, proven track record in retail, fintech, telco, etc.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of the technology product lifecycle and how complex system architectures fit together.
- Natural authority in high-stakes conversations, you lead difficult discussions and resolve issues, not avoid them.
- Complete professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Certifications (PMP, SAFe, Prince2) are a nice to have, not a hard requirement.
This Role Is for You If…
- You operate strategically without losing low-level grip and control of the details.
- You're comfortable running multiple workstreams simultaneously, through your team, not despite them, without micromanagement, without dropping the ball, while providing support and autonomy.
- You understand technology well enough to make sound tactical decisions and conveying them effectively to technical teams.
- You can feel comfortable in a boardroom while maintaining the trust of the people doing the work and balancing the thin border between assertiveness and maintain relationships.
