This role is an opportunity to:

• Lead teams, acting as a technical leader on autonomous projects.
• Take full ownership of delivering high-quality Android applications for global brands like Żabka, HEBE, Superpharm, LPP (Sinsay, Reserved), eobuwie, Biedronka, and many others.
• Share knowledge and expertise, actively supporting the growth of junior colleagues through daily work and internal tech meetups.
• Co-create coding standards and best practices within the company, elevating the quality of all projects.

What we're looking for:

• At least 5+ years of commercial experience in developing large Android applications, including a proven track record of successful project leadership and delivery.
• Expert knowledge of Kotlin, along with a deep understanding of design patterns and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in designing application architecture, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Fluency in English, allowing for seamless communication with clients and international teams.
• Leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and the readiness to make key technical decisions.
• Participation in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Some of the technologies you'll work with:

Kotlin; MVVM; Kotlinx; Hilt; Coroutines+Flow; Jetpack: Compose, Navigation, Work, Paging, etc; Retrofit, Apollo, Moshi; junit5, mockk; Room, SQLDelight, Kotlin Multiplatform.

At this level, we expect you to have in-depth knowledge of most of these tools and to be able to justify the choice of appropriate solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will have a decisive influence on the tech stack in newly created projects.
