Generali decided to develop a solution that would streamline the work
of car insurance agents

We were tasked with building an enterprise mobile application for the company.

Having conducted workshops with car insurance agents, we gained valuable insights into their work.

It became evident to us that manual data entry into the sales system, based on registration documents, was the most time-consuming task Generali’s agents had to perform on a regular basis to calculate premium insurance options.

To address this challenge, we developed a mobile application

that enables agents to swiftly calculate insurance premiums by scanning the 2DAZTEC codes on registration documents. It also automatically populates the sales system with the required data.

Additionally, for temporary registration documents, the application utilizes image recognition technology to extract data from photos.

Future Mind took charge of designing the UX and UI of the application

as well as the development of mobile software for Android and iOS.

Our team also handled the backend development utilizing Node.js technology. Our solution facilitated seamless communication between the mobile application and the Generali’s sales system.

Results

The new mobile app aimed to simplify Generali's sales and service processes. But as the project progressed, we developed even more functionalities.


  • Facilitated customer service
