Virgin Mobile, Poland's leading MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), wanted to launch the Virgin Mobile Club app to provide customers with a convenient account management solutios.

Our expertise in mobile app development and maintenance convinced the Client to work with us.

After 6 months of careful planning and development, we launched the application on Android and iOS platforms. Two months later, we extended its availability to Windows Phones as well, ensuring comprehensive accessibility for a wider user base.

The Virgin Mobile Club app allows users to:

  • Check their balance and account expiration date
  • Top up their accounts
  • Activate and configure services
  • Manage phone numbers assigned to the accounts
  • Collect discounts offered by Virgin Mobile partners

Future Mind has been responsible for app maintenance and development

since launch. We have also been in charge of making sure that the app reflects Virgin Mobile's current offering, providing a seamless and up-to-date user experience.

Additionally, we have been providing end-user support for Virgin Mobile app users on app stores to handle ASO processes across all the platforms.

Results

Future Mind developed the Virgin Mobile Club app, recognized as the best Polish telecom mobile app by AntyWeb, a popular tech news portal.
