Mid Product Designer (UX/UI · Mobile)

Level up fast inside a senior-heavy, ~30-person design team. You'll work on consumer mobile products for recognizable brands, use an AI workflow (Claude + Figma MCP) from day one, and own a real part of a live product. No take-home assignments, and we usually get back to you within a week.

This job is all about:

• Design high-craft mobile. Mostly native iOS/Android apps, with web in the mix, with clean hand-off to developers.
• Match effort to the task. Some work deserves deep exploration. Most doesn't. We ship, measure and iterate, so knowing when good enough is the right answer matters as much as craft.
• Take real ownership, and make it visible. Own your part of a product end to end, and keep the client in the loop without being asked.
• Work at product pace. Our teams run frequent A/B tests and release often. You'll see your work live in weeks, not quarters.
• Use AI daily. Pick up our Claude + Figma MCP workflow fast.
• Work in design systems. Use and extend mature ones, and learn how we scale quality.
• Communicate clearly and asynchronously. Most of our work happens in writing, across time zones. Picking up a task and saying when you'll get to it is part of the job.
• Grow toward senior. Through real ownership, feedback, and shared standards. This role is built for that step up.

Here's what we're looking for:

Must have

• Solid commercial experience with a few shipped products, including at least one you owned day to day over a longer period.
• Strong Figma: components, auto-layout, variables, with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with native mobile (iOS/Android) patterns and platform guidelines.
• Ability to work independently on well-scoped tasks, and to flag early when something is off track.
• Fluent Polish and strong English. You'll be in direct contact with international clients.

Nice to have

• AI already part of your workflow.
• Experience with experimentation: A/B tests, data-informed iteration.
• Experience working embedded with a client team, not only through an agency layer.
• A growing sense of business context.

How we work (the things candidates ask us most)

• Projects & clients: long-term product work, mostly consumer mobile apps for brands like Żabka, Biedronka, Hebe, LPP, eobuwie.pl.
• Project setup: we match you by fit, you stay with your product long enough to actually know it.
• Solo or supported? Neither extreme. You'll usually work in a small product team with one other designer, with the wider ~30-person design team behind you for reviews, standards and second opinions.
• AI in practice: Claude + Figma MCP daily, with shared skills and agents. You'll learn our setup from day one.
• Remote & B2B: 100% remote, with offices in Warszawa and Tychy if you prefer, MacBook provided, contractors are full members of the team.
• Process: portfolio, design talk, deep dive. We usually reply within a week. No take-home assignments.
