Senior Product Designer (UX/UI · Mobile)

Shape mobile products that real people use every day, with work that's visibly yours rather than just tickets to clear, inside a ~30-person design team that genuinely shares and critiques work. You'll run an AI workflow (Claude + Figma MCP) we use every day, design for some of Poland's most recognizable brands, and never sit through a take-home assignment.

This job is all about

• Owning your work. You take products from discovery toward shipped, with real influence over the outcome at every stage you're involved in.
• Designing high-craft mobile. Mostly native iOS/Android apps, with web and cross-platform in the mix.
• Working close to the business. Where the client gives us data, you measure what shipped and iterate.
• Building design systems. Create and scale them from scratch as the foundation for quality.
• Pushing our AI workflow. Help shape the Claude + Figma MCP standards we run across the team.
• Lifting the team. Mentor mid designers and present and defend decisions to clients and stakeholders.

Here's what we're looking for

This is critical:

Our view is that your application reflects your skills, experience, professionalism and attention to detail. How you present yourself is how you will present your work to our customers. To help us make the right decision make sure that the UX/UI project portfolio in your application is complete and demonstrates not only the results of your work but the way you achieve them.

What you must have:

• Proven commercial mobile software delivery experience (native iOS/Android) at real scale.
• A track record of owning your work end to end.
• High-level Figma skills: variables, advanced components, auto-layout.
• AI in your daily workflow (Claude & Figma MCP), or a fast ramp into it.
• Fluency in Polish, and English (at least solid B2, C1 preferred).

Additional advantages that we're looking at:

• Building large-scale design systems from scratch.
• Comfort with stakeholders and business context.
• Working with post-launch data and metrics.

• Projects & clients: long-term product work, mostly consumer mobile apps for brands like Żabka, Biedronka, Hebe, LPP, eobuwie.pl.
• Project setup: we match you by fit, and you're in the whole process.
• AI in practice: Claude + Figma MCP daily, with shared skills and agents, standardized across the team.
• Remote & B2B: 100% remote, with offices in Warszawa and Tychy if you prefer, with all tools and equipment provided as needed.
• Process: portfolio, design talk, deep dive. We usually reply within a week. For this position we don't do take-home assignments.
