The Future Mind team is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Warsaw.
We are looking for an independent and responsible person who is ready to co-create our sales strategy with our Board and the Sales Team, acquire international clients from Western Europe and the United States, build long-term relationships and take responsibility for the sales goals. We value enthusiasm, team spirit, knowledge-sharing and a problem-solving approach.
While working with us you will:
co-create sales strategy,
outreach to potential customers via e-mail, telephone and social media,
service inbound clients and clarify their needs,
take care of client experience and satisfaction,
build long-term relationships with current clients,
develop sales processes and tools,
prepare proposals and supervise the project valuation process,
set sales KPIs and execute them.
We require you to:
have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software sales,
have an excellent command of written and spoken English,
be communicative, assertive and possess negotiating skills,
have the ability to set goals and execute them,
be a born perfectionist with consistency, determination, and accuracy,
be creative — we do not want you to do your job uncritically — you can always have a better idea!
We appreciate:
experience in managing and configuring CRM tools e.g. Pipedrive,
interest in new technologies,
knowledge of social media monitoring tools such as Brand24,
German language skills.
