Our task was to design a new mobile app for taxi ordering. During the conceptual workshops that we conducted for our client, together with EcoCar team we meticulously analyzed the company goals and the contexts of app use - by the present and future users. The main purpose of the workshop was creating a list of desired features and setting down the priorities based on existing data and market observation.
During the workshop, we also refined the guidelines for the loyalty program and analyzed several solutions for implementing payment methods into the app in order to enable EcoCar clients to easily pay for the ride with their phone.
The result of the cooperation was a set of interactive lo-fi mockups presenting the features we worked out, dedicated for the iOS app interface. We also designed graphics (high fidelity mockups) for the flagship views of the app.
