Our task was to design a new mobile app for taxi ordering. During conceptual workshops that we have conducted with our client (EcoCar team), we have meticulously analysed both the company goals and the app use context — regarding the present and future users. The main purpose of that workshop was to create a list of desired features and set down priorities based on existing data and market observation.
During the workshop, we've also refined the guidelines for the loyalty program and analysed several solutions for implementing payment methods into the app, in order to enable EcoCar clients to easily pay for a car ride using their phone.
The result of this cooperation was a set of interactive lo-fi mock-ups depicting the features we've prepared, dedicated for the iOS app interface. We had also designed graphics (high fidelity mock-ups) for the flagship app view.
